IS ABSENTEE or MULTI-UNIT OWNERSHIP POSSIBLE?

Yes, but with a caveat. It’s important for you to be capable of doing, to an extent, what you’ll ask your teams to do if you want to become absentee. Same idea applies to multi-unit -- we really want owner to live the experience of a single unit first and then take advantage of expansion opportunities.
